Our studio cabin features a living area with no space wasted. The kitchenette is built standard with butcher block countertops, stainless steel mini fridge/freezer, and a bar sink. Custom open shelving creates extra storage space and optional stacked stone gives a rustic feel. The full bathroom is built standard with a shower insert, space saving toilet, and vanity. All lighting, and fixtures are included in our price.
Quality Built
We source our materials from local suppliers who share our commitment to quality and sustainability. Our cabins are built with locally milled Montana timber. Our floors are real hardwood, stained by hand. Our studio cabin comes standard with a 20 gallon hot water heater, and electric wall heat. Exterior walls are 2x6 with R-21 insulation. Our cabins are built locally to withstand our snow loads and temperatures. Plumbing and electrical work is completed by licensed state contractors. Our cabins are built on 6x6 pressure treated skids and can be placed on a level gravel pad or a permanent foundation.
Our Process
We work closely with our clients to understand their vision and design preferences. Our cabins can be customized in just about any way that suits your personal taste. we can build our cabins in a mountain modern, single slope style or a more traditional farmhouse style. Lofts can be added to most cabins for $5,500. We also have deck and covered porch options. Interior can be left natural for a more rustic cabin feel or whitewashed for a lighter, farmhouse feel. Exteriors can be custom painted to match your style or other buildings on your land. We also offer full build outs including foundations and landscaping. We work with local building departments, HOA's etc, to assure code compliance and state and international building codes.
